understanding my role

My role in the video will be cinematography, location recce, and arranging the lights. cinematography is the main part of the video-making so I was a bit tense. I researched the video-making techniques but yes I was confident enough because as a fashion photographer I have a little experience in videography too. For location recce, I have two places in my mind one is the music room and the second one is the auditorium. For the lights i have a vendor who will be supplying us with all the lights
